Advance Drilling provides professional core sampling and drilling solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to, mobilizing specialized equipment, tooling, and skills to meet the exact parameters (collaring points, azimuth, inclination angles, and depth) specified by the client.

We prioritize the customization of our technical resources to align with the unique requirements of each project.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure safe and accurate operations, clients must:

• Provide complete, accurate, and timely geological and site data.

• Ensure legal access, necessary permits, and a safe working environment at the drilling site.

• Clearly communicate all project specifications prior to the mobilization of equipment.

3. Quotes, Payments, and Mobilization

• Quotes: All project estimates and quotes are project-specific and valid for the period stated in the proposal.

• Mobilization: Equipment and crew mobilization will begin only after a formal agreement is signed and any required advance payments are cleared.

• Payment Terms: Payment milestones and terms will be strictly governed by the individual service contract signed between Advance Drilling and the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize advanced tooling and industry-leading expertise to provide high-quality core samples, underground drilling involves inherent geological risks. Advance Drilling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for project delays resulting from unforeseen underground conditions, force majeure, or inaccurate client-provided data.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in KSA.
